Brent J. Bowen, MD

Brent J. Bowen, M.D.

Dr. Brent J. Bowen is a medical doctor who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). Dr. Bowen obtained his medical degree from the University of Washington Medical School and completed his internship in internal medicine at Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle, WA. He completed his specialty training in PM&R at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He is a board certified physiatrist and a fellow of the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine. Dr. Bowen has been practicing medicine in Salt Lake City since 1994.

 

 



Richard W. Hurst, MD

Richard W. Hurst, M.D.

Dr. Richard W. Hurst is also a medical doctor who specializes in physical medicine and rehabilitation (PM&R). He obtained his medical degree from Drexel University College of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA. He completed his internship in internal medicine at Hahnemann University Hospital, also in Philadelphia. Following that, he completed his specialty training in PM&R at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He specializes in musculoskeletal medicine, electromyography and nerve conduction studies, and ultrasound guided musculoskeletal interventional procedures, such as shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and other injections.

Dr. Hurst has been practicing medicine in Salt Lake City since 2013.

 



Stephen M. Clements, MPAS, PA-C

Stephen M. Clements, MPAS, PA-C

As a physician assistant (PA), Stephen is a health professional board certified and licensed to practice medicine with physician supervision.  Within the physician/physician assistant relationship, Stephen makes medical decisions and provides a broad range of diagnostic, therapeutic, preventive, and health maintenance services.   Stephen specializes in spine, joint, and other musculoskeletal disorders.  He is a member of the American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine and specializes in diagnostic and interventional musculoskeletal ultrasound procedures, such as shoulder, elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and other joint injections.

Steve has been in practice since 2005.
